Practitioner program · Founding trilogy cohort
Co-author the book that proves your proposition.
An expert webwork where experienced coaches, trainers and advisors co-author a published book, then turn their chapter into their own ebook and conversational page that carry their work worldwide.
By invitation. For each volume, Youri scouts 12–15 experts whose work belongs in the book. Recognise yourself in it? Introduce yourself, and we explore whether your chapter is part of it.
The situation
Your expertise lives in past conversations.
Over the years, you've developed a perspective and a way of working with people that makes a genuine difference. Clients speak well of it. And yet when someone asks what makes you distinct, your existing materials might not do it justice.
Even if a book exists, it carries a single voice into a single network. What's missing is the collective dimension: your thinking woven together with other highly regarded experts into something none of you could have produced alone.
“A published body of work gives the thinking a life of its own.”
Yours to keep
Your own work, powered by the collective.
More than writing a book together: you distil your proposition, publish it next to respected peers, and carry it further.
Distil
In the sessions you sharpen what is most distinctive about your proposition, with peers who reflect back what lands.
Publish
Your chapter appears in a published book next to respected peers, for the readers who most need your kind of work.
Expand
Your ebook and conversational page carry it further: a first version of your own book, or a sharper edge for the one you have.
A chapter in a published book
Your chapter in a published book with ISBN, available worldwide.
A separate ebook, entirely yours
Your chapter as a standalone ebook, yours to share with clients.
Your own conversational page
An interactive page that presents you, linked to the other co-authors.

Recognitions before joining
What this is, and what it isn't
The program
Three modules, three books. One body of work.
Each module runs two months and produces one co-authored book. Join one, two or all three, in any combination. Titles are working titles.
The Executive Weaver
How inner work shapes servant leadership and unlocks collective intelligence.
- Written by executive coaches and leadership advisors
- Read by C-suite and senior leadership
The Woven Organisation
The overlooked architecture of self-sustaining teams.
- Written by practitioners working with teams, culture and organisational dynamics
- Read by HR directors, team leads and middle management
The Woven Ecosystem
Cross-sector insight for practitioners working at systemic scale.
- Written by practitioners working across sectors, networks and systems
- Read by leaders at institutional and societal scale
How it works
Conversation becomes content.
Every month: two group sessions. Per module: one session with Youri about your own proposition. We handle editing, design, publication and your page.
The rhythm of each 90-minute session
Open field
The theme opens. The group responds from practice, and what's alive surfaces together.
Peer mirror
You articulate your take on the topic. A peer reflects back what lands.
Group distil
What are you leaving with? A concrete idea or a sharper framing.
All writing happens within six months, and the whole trilogy is published within eight: each book moves into editing and publication while the next one is being co-written. An independent editor reviews every manuscript before release.

Who will guide you
Youri Hermes, book architect.
Youri guides professionals in making their work take permanent form, as book architect, ghostwriter and book mentor.
He wrote two trilogies of his own, Remember to Forget and Stepping Aside, and ghostwrote further trilogies, among them Carlo Mahfouz's The Founders Truth. He was publisher and editorial lead of (On)zichtbaar Leiderschap, a collective book with twelve Dutch experts: the direct foundation for this trilogy. For the founding cohort, he personally facilitates every session.

Questions
What practitioners usually ask before joining.
I have very little time. How much does this ask?
About 4,000 words per book, built gradually over two months through the sessions. Participants usually find the content was already there, just scattered.
What if I'm not a writer?
Writing experience isn't required. The group sessions surface the material, and the one-on-one guidance helps shape it.
What's included beyond the group sessions?
A one-on-one per module about your own proposition and how it shapes your chapter. Youri's suggestions and editing, an independent editor before release, connecting passages so the book reads as one work, professional design, shareable materials, your own ebook and your conversational page.
Does the trilogy depend on every module filling up?
No. Each module stands on its own and runs as soon as its group is complete. You never wait on another module to start yours.
What if I join one module and want to continue?
Because groups are small, continuing in another module is only possible if you reserved a spot for it beforehand.
What exactly is the conversational page?
An interactive page that presents you as a conversation: your portrait, bio, a sneak peek of your chapter and links to your website, connected to the other co-authors' pages. You approve everything on it. Share it with one link or embed it on your site.
Where will the book be available?
Published with ISBN and available worldwide through Amazon, in print and digital.
What happens with royalties?
They go toward a jointly chosen charitable cause and partly toward promoting the book. Your return lies in what the book enables: lasting visibility and a body of work that travels on its own.
Is this a step towards my own book, or useful if I already have one?
Both. Planning a book? Your chapter and ebook give you a strong first version of your core message. Already have one? It sharpens your proposition and makes you more credible in your niche, next to respected peers.
Who else participates?
Experienced service providers such as coaches, trainers, consultants and facilitators, largely from the Netherlands and some from abroad. The group is selected for depth, complementarity and the ability to sharpen each other's thinking.
Why is there an application?
Each participant shapes the books the others are writing, so the group is deliberately composed. Once it's complete, it closes.
The highly valuable ideas
often never escape the room.
This trilogy gives yours a lasting form that moves further than any one voice could. It starts with a 30-minute conversation.
