Your first book came with a business field around it, yet to be stepped into.
In the Business Trilogy program, you’ll see how your book gathers readers, opens the way to clients, and sustains a livelihood around your work.
Practicalities
- A 3- or 6-month book business mentoring program rooted in promoting without the promoter
- Mentor: Youri Hermes, author of the nondual-inspired trilogy 'Forget to Remember' and of 'The Art of Unwriting'
- Support: 6 flexible hours spread over 3 or 6 months, plus unlimited in-between support
- Investment: €4,495 (3 months) or €5,495 (6 months), €350 for a single book strategy session
- Entry Level: This is for authors who are ready to carry their work into further volumes
When a book arrives, it opens space for what gathers around it.
There’s the joy of holding it in your hands, sharing a few posts, maybe a couple of reviews. But beyond that moment, the life of the book depends on more than sales or downloads.
The book doesn’t have to be the whole story. It can be the seed of something much more interesting: connections, conversations, collaborations, and a business that naturally forms around it.
What could emerge around your first book?
- A living arc of books or works that carry your field forward
- An ecosystem where your book supports your livelihood
- Conversations that open doors to new opportunities
- A community that gathers around your work
- Collaborations that extend your reach and presence
A steady flow of readers finding it in natural ways
Around my trilogies, a viable business has taken shape.

Bill's experience:
Why your book hasn’t turned into a business yet.

Seeing sales trickle in without knowing how to build on them.
Let the writing move without trying to control it.
Treating your book as a one-time project.

Wondering how to connect readers to your other work.
Allow natural pathways from the book into services, programs, or talks.
Trying to “monetize” but feeling it cheapens your writing.
Let income grow in ways that stay true to the spirit of your work.
Let it form itself without chasing perfection.
Build an ecosystem where the book feeds into steady livelihood.
Feeling dependent on unpredictable book sales.
Discover how your book can quietly support the life around it.

How I got here
I self-published a nondual-inspired trilogy called Remember to Forget and more recently The Art of Unwriting, part of the trilogy Stepping Aside. I’ve watched how each volume deepened the ecosystem; this program guides you through a similar unfolding. Your writing practice marries beautifully with running a viable business.
Today, I’ve built a business that is sustained by my books and what has grown around them. This business mentoring offer arised out of that.

Three writing approaches:
Two only feed the writer, one frees the book.
Hustling approach | Spiritual approach | Direct approach | |
---|---|---|---|
Focus | Systems, plans, discipline | Flow, trust, heart | Removing the writer |
Intention | Make the book happen | Let the book manifest | Get out of the way |
Result | Vague and unfocused | Vague and unfocused | Instant movement |
Problem | Book never finished due to lack of discipline | Writer always waiting due to lack of clarity | Non-existent due to absence of author |

Introducing: Business Trilogy Program.
Conventional book marketing is about pushing harder, building funnels, chasing algorithms, or turning yourself into a salesperson. The Business Trilogy program doesn’t do any of that.
It removes the need to push altogether.
It’s about letting the book itself facilitate connection and reach. You’re stepping aside and let the readers and clients come.
This program is not...
- A system that demands constant posting or self-promotion
- A method that forces funnels, hacks, or manipulative tactics
- A struggle of trying ads or strategies that never feel aligned
- A course filled with heavy marketing theory or empty hype
- A place to endlessly tweak logos, branding, or appearances
- A way to wait until you’ve built a huge platform first
- A reason to treat your book as a one-time isolated project
- A shortcut to profit without substance or real connection
Instead, this program is...
- A way to share your book without chasing attention
- An unfolding that attracts readers in natural and simple ways
- A space where promotion flows without the pushing marketer
- A shift that shows how reach builds gently over time
- A pathless path where your presence grows by showing up
- A method of connecting your book with people right now
- A practice of letting your book feed into a living ecosystem
- A simple, sustainable way to live with and from your books
The 6 forces to attract clients and readers.

A book can do so much more than be read. It can draw high-ticket clients, open beautiful collaborations, and sustain a viable business. For that to happen, it needs the right structures in place: clever, natural ways for people to discover you and connect with your work.
This program helps you set up those structures, so the book can keep working long after it’s published.
1. Natural mention
Simply talking about our book to keep it alive
A lot of authors write books that disappear into silence. Natural mention simply means sharing about our work wherever we feel comfortable: Substack, LinkedIn, Medium, Instagram, Pinterest. The magic happens when we do this consistently
2. Direct dialogue
Regular communication that builds genuine relationship over time.
Whether through newsletters, podcasts, YouTube videos, or interviews, we create ongoing conversation with readers. This consistent presence builds trust and familiarity that occasional posts usually can’t achieve. Book sales become a natural extension of established relationship.
3. Easy discovery
Making our book simple to find when readers are searching for it.
Clear calls-to-action, optimized Amazon listings, website links, and consistent availability across platforms. When someone wants to find our book, they can. Multiple pathways and professional presentation remove friction from the initial discovery process.
4. Facilitated finding
Paid advertising that genuinely helps readers discover what they need.
Amazon KDP ads and social media advertising work amazingly when they connect genuinely interested people with relevant books. These tools become valuable service when they show our book to people actively looking for what we’ve written.
5. Gentle collaboration
Natural relationships that create mutual value and expanded reach.
LinkedIn connections, partnerships with freelancers, author communities, and cross-promotional opportunities. These relationships develop naturally when we focus on mutual benefit and genuine professional connection. Collaborative efforts amplify everyone’s work organically.
6. Fictive branding
Consistent presence that develops naturally across all our touchpoints.
Our author presence emerges through how we show up everywhere. We maintain consistent voice and values across platforms, letting our natural character develop through regular authentic expression. Consistent presence builds over time.
What you'll receive during the mentoring:
In Between Support
Between sessions, the best ideas often surface as what we set in motion unfolds. We keep this alive by continuing to exchange ideas.
12 Flexible Hours
For the 3-month mentoring, you’ll have weekly sessions. With the 6-month trajectory, sessions are every other week.
Tracking Space
A place to see where you’re getting in the way, and where the book is already doing its own thing.
Choose your preferred attention span:
Single session, or 12 moments spread over 3 or 6 months.
Stop trying to market.
Let the book take care of it.

FAQ
How does this program relate to the Free-Your-Book program?
The same way your book got written without the writer, it can also be promoted without the marketer.
Marketing doesn’t have to feel itchy, noisy, or artificial at all. It can flow from the same space the writing did. But instead of just hoping that readers will come, we can set up the conditions that make it easier for them to find your book.
Through my own publishing, I’ve discovered six forces that attract clients and readers naturally. They’re simple, practical, and grounded. When they’re in place, the book doesn’t fizzle out. It stays alive and fuels your business in an authentic way.
What can I expect at the end of the mentoring program?
By the end of the program, your book won’t just be something you once published.
You’ll have set up the foundations of a business that grows around your book. And for those ready, the next wave is to unfold further books or works that become centers within your ecosystem, the trilogy becomes the backbone of what you’re building. That means:
Readers can actually find and buy your book without you pushing it
The book naturally connects to your other work: services, programs, collaborations
You’ll know which simple tools and forces help your book travel further
You’ll have a sustainable rhythm of sharing that doesn’t drain you
The book starts to sustain a livelihood.
Is this only for nondual-oriented or business books?
Not at all. Just because I built my business through a nondual-inspired trilogy (Remember to Forget) and The Art of Unwriting doesn’t mean you have to write in the same genre.
This program is for any author who wants their book to support something bigger than itself. That could be:
A healing or coaching practice
A community or membership
Speaking and teaching opportunities
Creative or artistic collaborations
Or a new direction your book unexpectedly opens up
It’s about how it can become the foundation of a living ecosystem, regardless the genre.
Do I need to know anything about marketing?
No. In fact, the less you try to “do marketing” in the usual sense, the better. This program helps you set up the six forces that let readers and clients find you naturally.
You let the book do the heavy lifting for you, including the reaching.
What does the mentoring look like?
We’ll meet for six sessions:
Every week for 3 months, or
Once every other week for 6 months.
In between sessions, you’ll be experimenting with small, practical actions to see what your book is asking for. Step by step, we’ll shape the conditions for your book to build a business around it.
Can I pay in installments?
You can pay in full or in installments, with the first installment due before the program begins.
What is the VAT policy for EU and non-EU customers?
- EU Consumers: The price of the training is subject to an additional 21% VAT.
- EU Businesses: If you provide a valid VAT number, the reverse charge mechanism applies, meaning no VAT is charged. This mechanism shifts the responsibility of accounting for VAT to the buyer, simplifying cross-border trade within the EU and avoiding the need for the seller to register for VAT in the buyer’s country.
- Non-EU Customers: The price of the training is VAT exempt as sales to customers outside the EU are not subject to EU VAT rules.
